The November 1 New Moon in Scorpio is about embracing the inner death to be reborn in 2025

The 2024 new moon in Scorpio, which occurs on Friday, November 1 at 5:47 a.m. Pacific Time / 8:47 Eastern Time begins a new lunar cycle that peaks at the November 15 full moon in Taurus, and that totally ends on November 29, 2024.

This new moon in Scorpio is not messing around, it is asking you to commit to the most scorpionic thing, The Inner Death… the shattering of your old self before you can become a new in one of my most recent Instagram posts, I shared with you that as we transition from 2024 to 2025, we are entering a year of deep and massive change. And if you're thinking that 2024 was already transformative, you haven't seen anything! In more ways than one I see 2025 similar to 2020, not that there will be a world pandemic, do not worry. What I do see is that 2025 will change everything: you can call it a new Earth, a new paradigm, and even a new way of us humans relating to each other and the sky above us due to Pluto entering Aquarius on November 19th.

This new moon in Scorpio is a fantastic opportunity to commit to embracing this major transformation—after all, Scorpio is the sign of death and rebirth. Here's why this is your chance to commit to doing the work:

  • Scorpio is the deepest of water signs, it will help you excavate feelings, information, desires that have remained under the surface of your conscious mind.

  • Dark, intense, and daring, Scorpio sheds light on what you do not want to see because he might be labeled by your ego as too intense or infamous!

  • If there was a sign that would rule shadow work, that would be Scorpio! Instead of repressing it or feeling shame about your darkest side, allow your shadow to surface and show itself now. Only then you can begin transmuting it into acceptance and eventually personal power.

  • The main reason why this new moon in Scorpio is more transformative this year than any other year is the epic clash between Scorpio’s two planetary rulers: Mars and Pluto. Due to the upcoming retrograde of Mars, which begins on December 6, Mars and Pluto will be challenging one another for many weeks to come, asking every single one of us regardless of our sign and birth chart, to change to do it the way we approach the chasing of our goals and desires. Check back with me soon, as I am about to release a video and long blog about this upcoming retrograde here and on my YouTube channel.

  • Every single lunar event is different, and therefore, will feel different. In 2024,  the new moon in Scorpio is forming a trine (an aspect of flow) with taskmaster Saturn, which is currently retrograde in the sign of Pisces. In astrology, Saturn represents karma and the current lessons we are learning in our evolutionary process. This is especially true with Saturn being retrograde and preparing to move forward on November 15! We are reclaiming so much information from our  past and even past lives, so we can begin remembering who we truly are! With all these three planets involved, the Sun, the Moon, and Saturn traveling through water,  old memories are coming back to the surface to be reviewed, restored, healed, and even reborn!

The Scorpio New Moon & You

When it comes to manifesting with the power of the moon, one looks at the degree this lunar event is manifesting, which in the case of this new moon is 9 degrees of Scorpio. When you look at your birth chart, in which of the 12 houses of your astrological chart can you find 90° of Scorpio? (You can pull your birth chart for free here). I know a lot of you have received readings from me and are well-versed in astrology. While looking at your birth chart, try to find 9° of Scorpio and look at the number of the house on the outside part of the wheel. Below is what each one of the astrological houses represent, where you are experiencing a new beginning.

1st house: identity, self-image, the body, approach to life

2nd house: money, resources, budget, personal values

3rd house: speech, communication, siblings, transportation

4th house: home, family, roots, foundations

5th house: children, fun, play, romance, creativity

6th house: work, wellness, pets, life processes

7th house: relationships, marriage, contracts, business partners

8th house: healing sex, intimacy, transformation, you partner’s money

9th house: travel, learning, spirituality, life philosophy

10th house: career, reputation, visibility, life purpose

11th house: community, friendships, networking, hopes & dreams

12th house: spirituality, healing, secrets, the subconscious mind

Since Saturn is the only planet activated by this new moon, and Saturn is coming out of retrograde on November 15th, it is asking you to get  serious about the development of this area of your life according to your rising sign.
